According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of communications. A method comprises: performing channel measurement to obtain channel information; according to the channel information determining a target code word from a code word set wherein at least one code word element of at least one code word in the code word set is determined according to a high degree polynomial of an index; and feeding back indication information of the target code word. The present application can be applied to the process of wireless communications."
