MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531017981 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 28, for 'ceramic utensil painting device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Saroj Kumar Acharya.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A ceramic utensil painting device, comprises of cuboidal housing 101 with rectangular flap 102 attached with front surface of housing 101 by means of drawer mechanism for placing or removing ceramic utensil, nozzle 103 attached with an L-shaped telescopic arm 104 disposed on inner upper surface of housing 101 by means of ball and socket joint 105 for dispensing paint, spherical inflatable member 109 attached at bottom end of rod, artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 110 installed in housing 101 for recording and processing images, clipped provided on flap 102 for gripping utensil on flap 102, storage chamber 113 disposed within housing 101 for storing ceramic utensils, telescopic grippers 114 attached on chamber 113 place one of utensils on conveyor belt installed in front of chamber 113 for conveying utensil, hot air blower 115 disposed within housing 101 for blowing hot air onto utensil."
