MUMBAI, India, Oct. 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411023090 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on March 24, 2024, for 'ceiling designing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A ceiling designing device, comprising a cuboidal body 1 positioned on a ground surface within an enclosure and installed with a disc 2 via a telescopically operated rod 3, disc 2 is attached with a curved-shaped extendable member 4 via a link 5 for designing ceiling of enclosure, a touch interactive display panel 6 enables a user to give input commands regarding design to be made at ceiling portion, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 7 detects height of ceiling portion, plurality of motorized hinges tilts member 4 to tilt member 4 towards/away from each or, plurality of pneumatic pins forms design between unit and pins, an electronic nozzle 10 dispense mixture on that ceiling portion, a circular motorized slider 9 makes design on that ceiling portion, plurality of flaps 11 via plurality of motorized pivot joints 8 deploys flaps 11 to collect mixture removed during designing."
