MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411025457 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on March 28, 2024, for 'ceiling designing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A ceiling designing device, comprises a frame 1 comprising a telescopically operated rod 2 that extends and retracts to make deign over the ceiling, a suction cup 3 adheres the frame 1 with the floor, an image capturing module 4 captures images of ceiling, motorized hinge joints aids in providing flexibility to the plates 5, a touch interactive display panel 6 accessed by user to provide inputs, a storage chamber 7 stores multiple color liquid, a nozzle 8 dispenses the colors, moisture sensors determining presence of moisture on the ceiling, a LDR detects the ambient light conditions inside the enclosure, multiple LED lights lightens up to increase the visibility, an air blower 10 dries the colored design."
