MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202424070742 A) filed by Devashish De, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, on Sept. 19, 2024, for 'cattle floating harness pack life jacket anchored (calf-half cattle -battle).'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Cattle floating Harness is a harness with floating potential which will have air filled floaters, hooks and torch illuminating to fish out stranded cattle enmasse from Urban Flood zone or similar water inundation in broken ground low lying areas . It will have anchoring potential to prevent loss of calf in fast floating turbulent waters as flash floods. It could be used by humans."
