MUMBAI, India, Feb. 6 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511131821 A) filed by IIMT College of Pharmacy, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on Dec. 25, 2025, for 'cake writing device with precision nozzle and controlled icing dispensing system.'

The application for the patent was published on Feb. 6, under issue no. 06/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A cake writing device (100) is disclosed for precise decoration of baked goods. The device (100) includes a refillable icing reservoir (102) for holding a supply of icing, a nozzle (104) configured to deliver icing in a controlled flow, a dispensing mechanism (106) for expelling icing through the nozzle (104), and a housing (108) having a pen-like structure for precise handling. The dispensing mechanism (106) may be a manual plunger, a spring-loaded piston, or a micro-pump system and may include an anti-clog valve system. The nozzle (104) includes a fine-tip aperture and is replaceable, allowing selection of various aperture sizes for different icing thicknesses. The icing reservoir (102) is cartridge-based for quick replacement or refilling and is surrounded by a temperature-control sleeve to maintain icing consistency. The dispensing mechanism (106) may be powered by a rechargeable battery and motorized flow assistance system to regulate icing flow."
