MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011937 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 12, for 'cable organizing device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Praveen Priyaranjan Nayak.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A cable organizing device, comprising a pair of rectangular plates 101 configured with a multiple hinges and having a multiple suction cups 102 for mounting on surface of varying contours, plates 101 being connected with one another by means of a circular flap 103 attached between plates 101 by means of primary ball and socket joints and telescopic links, a multiple slots 104 holds cables, ends of cables are held in iris lids 105, rods 106 being mounted on flap 103 by means of secondary ball and socket joints for an articulation of ends of cables, multiple clamps 107 holds cables in slots 104, a cushion padding layer 108 configured with each iris lid, connected via conduits, with an inflation unit holds ends without damaging, an ultrasonic sensor detects thickness of cable, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 109 determine position and dimensions of cable ends."
