MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019358 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 15, 2024, for 'cable bundle making device.'
Inventor(s) include Aishwary Awasthi; and Rajesh Gupta.
The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a cable bundle making device, comprising a plate 1 attached with a handle 2 for holding the plate 1 towards spool of a cable, a microphone 3 positioned on the plate 1 for enabling a user voice commands, a camera 4 mounted on the plate 1 detecting free-end of cable, a disc 5 installed on plate 1 equipped with a clipper 6 for positioning the cable via a gripper 7 configured on the plate 1, a pair of rollers 8 installed on the plate 1 via a motorized slider 9 for wrapping the cable around the clipper 6, a robotic arm 10 installed on the plate 1 for cutting the cable via a cutter 11 for cutting the cable and a speaker 12 mounted on the handle 2 for notifying the user."
