MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441013516 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 24, 2024, for 'button manufacturing device.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A button manufacturing device, comprising a platform 1 provides support to platform 1 on a ground surface, a multi-sectioned chamber 4 for storing a polyester paste as well as paint solution, inlet enabling user to fill paste and solution, a touch interactive display panel 5 for enabling user to input a quantity of buttons required to be manufactured for actuating an electronic nozzle 6 for dispensing solution and paste inside a rotatable cylindrical shaped member 7, an inverted L-shaped telescopic bar 8 extend to place a stick 9 attached with bar 8, inside member 7 for actuating electric motor for rotating member 7 aids in spreading of paste, multiple pneumatically operated dies 13 extend to cut multiple buttons from sheets, and an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 14 determines successful cutting of buttons for actuating a pair of secondary robotic gripper 15 for gripping and placing manufactured button into a tray."
