MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202424084717 A) filed by Hyundai Mobis Co. Ltd.; and Infac Corporation, Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Nov. 5, 2024, for 'brake actuator and brake apparatus including the same.'

The brake actuator includes a case, a first motor installed in the case, a transfer gear rotatably installed in the case and connected to the first motor, a first parking member rotated along with the transfer gear, a second motor disposed to be spaced apart from the first motor, a second parking member connected to the second motor and configured to limit the rotation of the first parking member as the second parking member is rotated in a first rotation direction, and a support member disposed to face the second parking member and configured to limit a rotation range of the second parking member in a second rotation direction that is opposite to the first rotation direction."
