MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531024824 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 19, for 'bottle carton loading device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Dhirendra Nath Thatoi.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A bottle carton loading device, comprises of a vertical rectangular frame 101 having a pair of curved handles 102 at upper ends and multiple omnidirectional wheels 103 disposed at bottom end for translation of the frame 101, a microphone 109, provided on the base 104 for receiving audio command from the user regarding securing the carton an imaging unit 107 synced with an ultrasonic sensor to determine height of carton and edges of the carton, a pair of sliding units 105 having multiple horizontal plates 106 for clamping onto edges of cartons stacked on the base 104, a touch-enabled display unit 110 provided on the frame 101 to provide input regarding gripping outer edge of the carton, and a pair of telescopic grippers 108 installed with either ends of each of the plates 106 to grip outer edges of the cartons for additional grip during transportation."
