Intellectual Property India Publishes Patent Application for 'Boron Containing Compounds And Their Uses' Filed by 5Metis, Inc.

MUMBAI, India, Sept. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517074573 A) filed by 5Metis, Inc., Durham, U.S.A., on Aug. 5, for 'boron containing compounds and their uses.'

Inventor(s) include Liu, Chun Yu; Liu, Chunliang; and Creemer, Lawrence C.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 12, under issue no. 37/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present disclosure is drawn to boron-containing compounds, compositions containing a pesticidal effective amount of that compound or compounds dissolved or dispersed in a carrier medium. The compositions are useful in a method for reducing, ameliorating, or controlling an infestation by a pest, particularly a fungus, by administering a contemplated composition to a plant in need."
