Authorized users with matching attributes can decrypt and retrieve data files from the decentralized storage network. The system utilizes a FAME Encryption Module (1) processing data from a Data Owner through a Cloud Server (2) with access control managed by a Blockchain Network (3) for Authorized Users and FAME Decryption Module (4)."
