MUMBAI, India, May 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202631031266 A) filed by Narula Institute Of Technology, Kolkata, West Bengal, on March 16, for 'blockchain-based anti-counterfeit and ownership verification system for biochips.'

Inventor(s) include Ms. Suseta Datta; Mr. Rajdeep Roy; and Dr. Utpal Biswas.

The application for the patent was published on May 29, under issue no. 22/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An aerial volumetric display apparatus is disclosed, comprising an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) platform and a persistence-of-vision rotating display rotor suspended centrally beneath the UAV. The apparatus includes a vertical mounting assembly and a vibration isolation system designed to decouple the rotational forces of the display from the flight stability mechanisms of the UAV. A drive motor rotates the rotor, while light-emitting elements mounted on the rotor are energized in synchronization with its angular position to generate 3D volumetric imagery. The system further incorporates a safety cut-off mechanism and a rotational position sensing assembly to ensure precise image generation and operational safety during airborne deployment."
