Sarulatha; Dr Kaushik Shandilya; Dr. Mohit Gupta; Dr. Muskan Khan; Gurusubramani. S; and S. Phaneendra, New Delhi, on Oct. 29, 2025, for 'blockchain-based academic credentialing system for secure and transparent verification of student records: NEP 2020.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention discloses a Blockchain-Based Academic Credentialing System for secure and transparent verification of student records in line with NEP 2020. The system leverages permissioned blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized storage to issue, manage, and verify academic credentials in a tamper-proof manner. It enables real-time verification by stakeholders, facilitates credit transfer, reduces administrative overhead, and empowers students with ownership of their academic data."
