College Of Engineering, Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu, on Dec. 14, 2025, for 'bitusense: iot-enabled smart bituminous roads for real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance.'

Continuous monitoring of structural, environmental, and traffic-related parameters enables early detection of pavement distress, generation of alerts, and data-driven maintenance planning. The invention enhances road safety, extends pavement service life, and reduces lifecycle maintenance costs through proactive and predictive infrastructure management."
