According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A bird perching prevention device, comprising a platform 1 constructed with plurality of plates 9 developed to be positioned on a roof surface, wherein a computing unit is installed in a user-interface is wirelessly associated with device for enabling a user to give input commands for securing platform 1 on roof surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 2 detects inclination of surface accordingly motorized hinges 3 tilt plates 9 towards/each other to settle platform 1, a suction unit generates negative pressure in multiple suction cups 4 for affixing platform 1, a flap 5 coated with Teflon to prevent birds from perching over flaps 5, plurality of telescopically operated links 6 extend for raising flaps 5, multiple motorized pin joints tilt flaps 5 to prevent birds from sitting over flaps 5, plurality of electronic nozzles 7 connected with a water chamber 8 for dispensing water for rising flaps 5."
