MUMBAI, India, April 10 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202647041266 A) filed by Air Water Inc., Osaka, Japan, on March 31, for 'biological sound measurement apparatus.'
Inventor(s) include Watanabe, Show; and Tateishi, Kiyoshi.
The application for the patent was published on April 10, under issue no. 15/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention prevents increase in a processing load, which is related to analysis processing of biological sound data that has been measured, without deteriorating the sound quality when sound-outputting the biological sound data. A biological sound measurement apparatus (1) comprises: an A/D conversion unit (12) that acquires, at a first sampling frequency, biological sound data to be measured; a sound output processing unit (16) that processes the biological sound data and sound-outputs the biological sound data which has been processed; and an analysis processing unit (15) that analyzes the biological sound data and outputs the analysis result. The sound output processing unit (16) processes the biological sound data having the first sampling frequency. The analysis processing unit (15) converts the biological sound data having the first sampling frequency so as to have a second sampling frequency which is lower than the first sampling frequency, and analyzes the biological sound data having the second sampling frequency."
The patent application was internationally filed on Sept. 04, 2024, under International application No.PCT/JP2024/031686.
