An annular herbal zone is defined on the body-facing side of the top sheet and ca1Ties a polyherbal coating layer containing extracts of Saraca indica, Svmplocos racemosa, Asparagus racemosus, Azadirach/a indica, Ocimunr sancl!lm, and Aloe barbadensis. The herbal dose ranges between 0.5 g and 2.0 g per napkin and is substantially contined to the annular zone, while peripheral regions remain tiee of actives. The coating is applied with controlled thickness, solids content, and penetration depth to ensure that menstrual fluid and body moisture activate release of herbal constituents withou1 impeding fluid transport into the underlying absorbent structure. This design integrates biodegradability, efl"cctive absorption, and localized herbal exposure for enhanced menstrual hygiene."
