MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531011909 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on Feb. 12, for 'beehive wax sheet manufacturing device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Seshadev Sahoo.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A beehive wax sheet manufacturing device, comprising a cuboidal housing 101 having a chamber 102 for storing beeswax, a heating element maintains liquid form of the beeswax, an L-shaped telescopic link 103 having a rectangular slab 104 for creating a film of beeswax, a water tank 105 for solidifying the film, a Peltier unit maintains a temperature of the water, a conveyor belt 106 for placing solidified film, a proximity sensor detects the film on the belt 106, a blower 108 for drying of the film, a telescopic gripper 109 to place the dried film on a rectangular platform 110, an L-shaped telescopic bar 111 with a cutting blade 112 for trimming of edges of the film, a robotic arm 113 for placing the film in a receptacle, and an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 114, determine extra edges of the film."
