Inventor(s) include Liu, Wenfeng; Gao, Bo; Lu, Zhaohua; Yao, Ke; and Zhang, Yang.

The application for the patent was published on June 13, under issue no. 24/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "Methods, apparatus, and systems for beam failure recovery in scenarios with multiple transmission and reception points are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method of wireless communication comprises receiving, by a wireless device from a network node, a set of parameters. The wireless device determines, based on the set of parameters, a first reference signal (RS) set and a second RS set and performs a measurement of at least one RS of the first RS set. The wireless device determines a beam failure associated with the first RS set based on the measurement of the at least one RS of the first RS set. In some example aspects, the set of parameters indicates a first correspondence between the first RS set and a first control resource set (CORESET) and a second correspondence between the second RS set and a second CORESET."

The patent application was internationally filed on Feb. 24, 2023, under International application No.PCT/CN2023/078160.
