MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517077546 A) filed by Lg Energy Solution, Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on Aug. 14, for 'battery pack and battery device including same.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to a battery pack and a battery device including same. The battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a plurality of battery modules; a housing for accommodating the plurality of battery modules; and a venting cover that is coupled to the housing so as to cover the battery module and guides the flow of a gas emitted from the battery modules. The venting cover may include: a cover body in which a plurality of slits are formed to allow the gas emitted from the battery modules to pass through; and separation protrusions that protrude from the bottom of the cover body to prevent gas movement between the plurality of battery modules and isolate the plurality of battery modules."
