MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202517059800 A) filed by Lg Energy Solution, Ltd., Seoul, Republic of Korea, on June 23, 2025, for 'battery manufacturing system, battery manufacturing method, and process event tracking method in battery manufacturing process.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "According to exemplary embodiments, a battery manufacturing system is provided. The system includes: a first server including coordinate data indicating the position of each electrode moving in multiple processes, a first coordinate association data set in which inspection data and/or measurement data of each electrode, acquired in the multiple processes, are associated, and an identification data set including an electrode ID for distinguishing the electrode; a memory for storing commands; and one or more processors configured to execute the commands to perform operations including the following steps of: 1) associating an electrode ID selected from the identification data set with coordinate data of the first coordinate association data set corresponding to the electrode ID; and 2) producing monitoring data for manufacturing a battery on the basis of association data of the electrode ID and the coordinate data."
