The battery (10) further comprises at least one cover (22) that extends in the longitudinal direction (X) and is arranged transversely between the first lateral edge (26) of the housing (12) and the first lateral ends (38) of the assemblies (16), the cover (22) at least partially delimiting a protective housing (24), the electrical connector (20) being accommodated in the protective housing (24)."
