MUMBAI, India, April 20 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202617011257 A) filed by One Three Energy, Inc., Cincinnati, on Feb. 3, for 'base station power converter suitable for single-phase power sources.'

Inventor(s) include York, Gregory; Friesen, Dale; and Teichmann, Keith.

The application for the patent was published on April 17, under issue no. 16/2026.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A power conversion system for supplying multi-phase electrical power to a power distribution system of a telecommunications base station. The power conversion system includes a utility service connection providing a single-phase alternating current (AC). The power conversion system further includes a high-capacity converter coupled to said utility power source for converting the single-phase AC to a plurality of multi-phase AC. The power conversion system further includes a controller, coupled to said power distribution system and said high-capacity converter, and controlling said high-capacity converter for delivery of power to the telecommunications base station via the plurality of multi-phase AC to provide or support telecommunication services."

The patent application was internationally filed on July 24, 2024, under International application No.PCT/US2024/039299.
