According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A baluster manufacturing device, comprising a platform 1 positioned over fixed surface, motorized slider 4 to regulate distance between members (2,3), display panel 5 to input diameter, length and design in which baluster needs to be manufacture, plurality of motorized expandable pulley arrangements 6 to extend/retract to change shape of a primary cylindrical member 2, an AI-based imaging unit 7 to capture images of the members (2,3), chamber 8 for storing a mortar mixture, primary motorized sliding unit 9 to provide bi-directional translation to a telescopic hollow inverted L-shaped rod, Telescopic hollow inverted L-shaped rod 10 to extend to position over a secondary member, water reservoir 11 to store water, robotic arm 13 to position an electronic nozzle 12 over the secondary member 3, electronic nozzle 12 to dispense water over the baluster, and an electromagnetic lock 16 for detaching the rod 10 from slider 4."
