According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A balloon inflation device, comprises of a housing 101, a multi-compartment balloon storage chamber 103 mounted to the housing 101 to store balloons of a respective size, a gas cylinder 104 connected to a port on the housing 101 configured to provide a gas supply for balloon inflation, an electric air pump integrated with the gas cylinder 104 configured to deliver compressed air for balloon inflation, a balloon tying tool 105, configured to assist in securely tying the balloon, a pair of articulated arms 106 equipped with grippers to securely tie the balloon, a plurality of suction units 102 to stabilize the housing 101 on a surface and minimize slippage of the housing 101 during operation, an AI (artificial intelligence) camera 107 is mounted on the housing 101 configured to monitor the balloon inflation, a touch enabled display panel 108 to display operational status."
