MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019776 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 17, 2024, for 'ball-juggling training device.'

Inventor(s) include Vinod Kumar Tyagi; Neha Tyagi; Shail Dhaka; and Naveen.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "A ball-juggling training device comprising a platform 1 developed to be positioned on a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 2 installed on platform 1 enter details regarding level of a ball-juggling training, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 3 installed on platform 1 determines height of user, multiple telescopic rods arranged underneath platform 1 orients platform 1 at height, a pair of flaps 4 hinged on platform 1 strikes ball, multiple rectangular blocks 5 are arranged on flaps 4 strikes balls, a container 6 arranged over one of flap 4 stored balls, a velocity sensor detects speed of striking balls, a telescopic link coupled between blocks 5 and flaps 4 extends and retracts to maintain speed of juggling of balls, and an RTC (Real Time Clock) module integrated with microcontroller evaluates score."
