MUMBAI, India, Jan. 23 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202511127137 A) filed by Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, Gurugram, Haryana, on Dec. 15, 2025, for 'autonomous multisensory assessment device.'

Inventor(s) include Poonam Talwar; Dr. Sandeep Kumar; Dr. Madhavi Sharma; Ravinder Saini; and Dr. Roopali Rajput.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An autonomous multisensory assessment device, comprising of a body 101 positioned on a ground surface, a visual stimulus 103 mounted on a slider plate 104 to move for evaluating the user's visual attention, pursuit tracking, motor coordination, reflex responses, and overall engagement, an acoustic transducer for providing auditory prompts for real-time analysis of user behavior, a mist dispenser 105 integrated with a canister 106 for testing olfactory sensitivity by emitting controlled scents, a display 107 and a projector 108 for projecting visual stimuli, varying colors, light intensities, and simulated real-world scenarios, and reflex responses, a monitoring unit continuously captures and processes data related to the user's behavioral and physiological responses, a sensory assessment assembly for assessing tactile and thermal sensory responses, a sensor suit detects sudden shifts in orientation, acceleration, or position of the user, and a safety module protects the user in case of detected fall."
