MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521133825 A) filed by Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, on Dec. 30, 2025, for 'autonomous mobile cookie dispensing and promotional device.'
Inventor(s) include Vaasavee Latha Thota; Adithya Mamidala; Dr. Madhu Shukla; Simrin Fathima Syed; Vipul Ladva; Akshay Ranpariya; and Neel Dholakia.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An autonomous mobile cookie dispensing and promotional device, comprises of a body 101 equipped with a plurality of motorized Omni-directional wheels 102 for autonomous movement within a retail environment, a storage and dispensing unit 103 for storing cookies, flavored creams, and ingredients, a user interaction unit to interact with one or more users, collect questionnaire data, and provide animations regarding cookies, a cookie dispensing unit integrated with the storage unit to facilitate dispensing, and delivery of cookies, a holographic projection unit 111 to display promotional visuals and interactive content to attract the users and a pamphlet dispensing unit to deliver promotional material, a fragrance unit including a fragrance reservoir 118, an atomizer 119, a controllable pump, and an airflow outlet configured to emit a pleasant scent to attract users."
