MUMBAI, India, Feb. 27 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621004849 A) filed by Panju Corevault Private Limited, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, on Jan. 18, for 'autonomous immersion-cooled ai computing system with integrated self-management and revenue engine.'
Inventor(s) include Shiv Sunder Panjnani.
The application for the patent was published on Feb. 27, under issue no. 09/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an autonomous immersion-cooled AI computing system (100) with integrated self-management and revenue engine comprising an immersion tank (101) containing dielectric cooling fluid (102) for submerging a computing assembly including a motherboard (103), CPU (104), GPU array (105), memory modules (106) and interface elements (107). An external cooling subsystem (209) incorporating a hydraulic pump (201), heat-exchange coil (203), radiator assembly (204), fan assembly (205) and fluid lines (206, 207) circulates and cools the dielectric fluid. A sensor network comprising temperature sensors (301), flow sensor (303), pressure sensor (304), oil-level sensor (305), leak-detection sensors (306), pump-RPM sensor (307) and power-telemetry module (308) provides continuous operational data. A dual-layer safety subsystem with a watchdog unit (401) and emergency relay (402) enables fault isolation. A supervisory operating system (501) coordinates thermal control, workload scheduling and diagnostics, while a revenue-engine system (601) selects computational modes autonomously."
