MUMBAI, India, Feb. 13 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521134647 A) filed by Marwadi University, Rajkot, Gujarat, on Dec. 31, 2025, for 'autonomous agricultural soil diagnostics and treatment system.'
Inventor(s) include Mogulla Jahnavi; Kokku Sri Vidya Varshini; Dr. Madhu Shukla; Simrin Fathima Syed; Vipul Ladva; Akshay Ranpariya; and Neel Dholakia.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An autonomous agricultural soil diagnostics and treatment system, comprising of a platform 101 configured with multiple wheels 102 for navigation across agricultural field, multiple probe arms 103 equipped with a multi-sensor array 104 for detecting soil composition, microbial activity, and subsurface anomalies, multiple cartridges including a reservoir 105 with an iris lid 106 to dispense fertilizers, pesticides, micronutrients, microbial suppressants, and soil-conditioning additives into a mixing chamber 107 for mixing the dispensed materials, a dispensing assembly applies the mixed precise dosages of nutrients, pesticides, or microbial corrections, a soil-blending assembly for excavating, mixing, and redistributing soil with applied treatments, a water-dispensing arrangement including a reservoir 105, multiple high-pressure nozzles 115 and low-pressure nozzles 116 for microbial washing and soil humidification, a soil aeration arrangement for creating controlled micro-holes, a mulching assembly for layering treated organic mulch, a cutting unit for removal of infected plant material."
