MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007851 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 5, 2024, for 'automatic paint blending and dispensing device.'

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 8, under issue no. 32/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automatic paint blending and dispensing device, comprising a circular frame 1 configured with a collapsible sheet 2 positioned on a barrel, a camera 3 detects dimension of barrel, a drawer arrangement 7 integrated with frame 1 for adjusting frame 1 to affix it on barrel, an inflatable body 4 is inflated by an air compressor for providing air tight sealing, a touch interactive screen 5 accessed by a user to enter color and quantity of paint, an iris gate 11 opens to allow user to fill paint, a telescopic shaft 6 suspended from sheet 2 by means of a planetary gear box arrangement 7 which rotates shaft 6 in barrel for mixing paint by three to four blades 8 configured on shaft 6, and a color sensor monitors color and when detected to be matching with entered color then iris gate 11 opens to dispense paint as required."
