MUMBAI, India, Jan. 9 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202521109739 A) filed by Gokul Global University, Patan, Gujarat, on Nov. 11, 2025, for 'automated windshield washer fluid tank repairing device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated windshield washer fluid tank repairing device, comprising a platform 1 configured with multiple rod 7s that provides support to platform 1, a suction cup 2 for affixing with surface in order to secure platform 1, a slot 3 for accommodating a windshield washer fluid tank, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 4 for detecting dimensions of fluid tank, plurality of motorized clippers 5 for gripping fluid tank, an IR (Infrared) sensor to detect presence of cracks and holes on the fluid tank, an electronically controlled nozzle 6 to dispense pressurized water on crack/hole, a telescopically operated L-shaped rod 7 to perform scrubbing on fluid tank in order to clean fluid tank, a tactile sensor for determining hardness of fluid tank, plurality of welding torches 9 for mending repairs, a ground surface, a grinding blade 12 for grinding extruded part on welded portion, robotic arms 10 for performing welding of fluid tank."
