According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated wheel grinder disc manufacturing device, encompassing a housing 1 with supporting rods 2 for stability, a touch display panel 3 on the housing 1 allows users to input disc size details with pair of chambers 4 with electronic nozzles 5 store abrasive grains and bonding materials, these are dispensed into a receptacle 6 at the base, a hydraulic press 8 in the receptacle 6 compresses materials to form resin, a Peltier unit heats the resin, then an electronic valve transfers the resign to a platform 9, a motorized fan 10 on the platform 9 solidifies the resin, creating a grinder disc, an imaging unit 11 detects defects, cracks, or irregularities, a tarnishing unit 12 smoothens the disc, while a motorized filer 13 removes sharp edges and excess material and efficiently produces user-desired grinder discs."
