According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated water channel making device for agricultural fields, comprising a cuboidal shaped body 1 placed on an agricultural field, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit 4 capturing and processing images of surroundings of body 1 for evaluating 3D mapping of surroundings, a touch interactive display panel 5 accessed by user to provide input command regarding a portion of field on which user desires to make water channel along with length of water channel, an ultrasonic sensor detecting positioning of body 1 at user specified portion for actuating a high torque DC motor for providing rotational movement to shaft for digging soil by means of L-shape links 7, a V-shaped plate 8 for translating soil in a shape that forms water channel and a pair of rollers 9 pressing and securing excess soil in proximity to channel."
