MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019724 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 17, 2024, for 'automated waste recycling device.'
Inventor(s) include Rajesh Gupta.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated waste recycling device, encompasses a housing 1 arranged with a user-accessible lid 2 for depositing organic waste into the housing 1, a primary chamber 3 in continuation to lid 2 collects the waste, a plate 4 at base of chamber 3 is installed for water separation, a suction unit to remove the collected water, a secondary chamber 7 with churning blades 8 shreds waste, a crank and bar arrangement 6 tilts the base for waste dispensing, a tertiary chamber 10 holds a multi-sectioned container 11 as multiple electronically controlled nozzles 12 connected with container 11 dispense ingredients over shredded waste, a circular slider 13 and extendable links 14 mix the shredded waste with ingredients, an electronically controlled valve dispenses mixture, which is compacted by pushers 15, multiple heating unit on pushers 15 bake the mixture into an inflammable cake, which is accessible through a lateral wall outlet."
