According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated upholstered furniture cleaning device, comprising a body 101 adapted to be placed over a surface, an input module installed on the body 101 to enable a user to provide input commands regarding cleaning of upholstered furniture, an inspection module installed over the body 101 to detect distance of the upholstered furniture, a mobility module arranged beneath the body 101 to provide smooth mobility and precise positioning of the body 101, a hot air restoration and airflow circulation module installed with the body 101 by directing controlled hot air and facilitating internal airflow, a vacuum-based waste extraction and disposal module to extract debris from furniture and manage waste collection and disposal automatically, an alert module to alert the user and the alert module includes but not limited to a speaker 114, buzzer 115 or LED 116 indicators."
