MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531019207 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 4, for 'automated therapeutic oil massaging device.'
Inventor(s) include Dr. Jagyanseni Panda.
The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated therapeutic oil massaging device comprises of L-shaped platform 101 attached to bed using suction units 102 configured with the platform 101, a curved member 103 arranged on platform 101 supports user's head, an imaging unit 106 determines dimensions of user's head, a lead screw arrangement 201 installed beneath the plate 104 configured with the platform 101 actuates to move a attached chamber 107 stored with herbal oil, which pours over the head via an electronic nozzle 108 installed beneath chamber 107, a suction pump 109 installed with the member 103 transfer the collected oil to the linked chamber 107 for reuse via a flexible conduit 110, a microphone 111 receives user's voice commands to adjust oil temperature accordingly a heating element 202 installed within the chamber 107 regulates temperature of the oil as monitored by a temperature sensor integrated in the chamber 107."
