Inventor(s) include T Hasitha; Thirnati Doondi Satya Krishna; V. S. V. Abhiram; and Lavanya Sreeja Sabnaveesu.
The application for the patent was published on March 13, under issue no. 11/2026.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention relates to an automated system for file security and attendance management using encrypted authentication. The system comprises an authentication server, a secure file access module, an attendance management module, a user and policy database, and one or more client devices interconnected via a secure communication network. Client devices capture user credentials and generate encrypted authentication data, which is transmitted to the authentication server for validation. Upon successful authentication, the server generates an authentication event that is concurrently provided to the secure file access module and the attendance management module. The secure file access module assigns file access permissions according to policies stored in the user and policy database and logs file operations, while the attendance management module interprets the authentication event as a check in or check out and updates attendance records. Encryption is applied to credentials, communications, and stored records, thereby enhancing protection against unauthorized access, credential misuse, and data tampering."
