MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007271 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 2, 2024, for 'automated stuck vehicle rescue device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated stuck vehicle rescue device, encompassing a body 1 placed on the ground with a touch interactive display via which users provide vehicle location, also via GPS, a microcontroller computes the path, utilizing motorized track wheels 3 for positioning the body 1 to the user desired location, an imaging unit 4 gauges vehicle position with a telescopic rod 6 with an integrated hook 7 engages the vehicle's eye also an extendable pin 9 locks them, after which the microcontroller moves wheels 3 away, applying pulling force to free the vehicle, a friction sensor 5 gauges surface grip with a pair of telescopic L-shaped bars 10 with discs 11 provide optimal pulling force, as required for efficiently rescues stuck vehicles."
