MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010738 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on Feb. 15, 2024, for 'automated steel bucket manufacturing device.'

Inventor(s) include Rohaila Naaz; and Sunil Kumar Gaur.

The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated steel bucket manufacturing device, comprises of a housing 1 utilized to position on a ground surface, a touch interactive display panel 2 installed with the housing 1 to give input related to number bucket, a robotic arm 4 integrated within the housing 1 for gripping one of the metallic sheet from the chamber 3 and position on a platform 5, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 6 installed within the housing 1 to monitor positioning of the sheet on the platform 5, a pair of motorized primary rollers 7 arranged in continuation with the platform 5, in an inclined manner to rotate for turning the sheet in a conical structure, a welding torch 9 to weld to affix ends of the structure with a metallic disc, and at least seven motorized secondary rollers 10 arranged concentrically on base of the housing 1 for turning edges of the disc."
