MUMBAI, India, Nov. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202531024831 A) filed by Siksha O Anusandhan, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, on March 19, for 'automated rubber wheel alloy installation device.'

Inventor(s) include Dr. Jajneswar Nanda.

The application for the patent was published on Nov. 28, under issue no. 48/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated rubber wheel alloy installation device, comprises of a platform 101 having multiple suction cups 102 to adhere to the surface for securing the platform 101 over the surface, a circular slot 103 configured with a pulley arrangement 104 to accommodate a rubber wheel on around the pulley arrangement 104, a display panel 105 on the platform 101 to provide input specifications for installing alloy rims into the rubber wheel, an imaging unit 106 installed on the platform 101 to determine dimensions of the wheel, an inverted U-shaped frame 107 installed across the platform 101 and assembled with a hydraulic pusher 108 that is installed with a clamp for grabbing an alloy, a corrosion sensor is embedded on the platform 101 for monitoring corroded surfaces on the alloy, and a speaker 110 installed on the platform 101 for producing audio signals to notify the user to change the alloy."
