MUMBAI, India, Nov. 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411024892 A) filed by Chandigarh University; and Chandigarh University Technology Business Incubator, Mohali, Punjab, on March 27, 2024, for 'automated raw noodles preparation device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated raw noodles preparation device, comprising a vertical platform 1 positioned on a fixed surface, a cylindrical hollow body 2 to be placed with dough via a rod 8, a touch enabled screen 3 platform 1 for enabling a user to give input commands for preparing raw noodles, a motorized lid 4 for allowing user to add dough within member, plurality of iris pores 5 to detect the thickness of noodles, an L-shaped telescopically operated pusher for pushing dough, an ultrasonic sensor for detecting length of noodles, a circular motorized slider 10 for translating blade, a Peltier unit for cooling container for solidifying noodles, a moisture sensor for detecting moisture level of noodles, a speaker 11 for notifying user to collect noodles, plurality of suction cups 12 for adhering platform 1 on fixed surface, an odor sensor detects dough to be rotten."
