MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411019649 A) filed by Sanskriti University, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, on March 16, 2024, for 'automated pillar construction assistive device.'

The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated pillar construction assistive device, includes a frame 1 having a platform 2 to provide a sturdy and stable base, an artificial-based imaging unit 3 installed on frame 1 for capturing and processing multiple images in the vicinity of the frame 1 and to determine the pillar under construction, motorized scissors 4 integrated between frame 1 and platform 2 to provide adjustable length to the platform 2, a motorized roller 5 coiled with metallic wire 6 arranged on the platform 2 in order to loop wire 6 around the pillar, a robotic arm 7 arranged on platform 2 to grip the wire 6, pair of extendable curved links 8 arranged on the platform 2 for looping the wire 6 around the pillar, a motorized sliding unit 10 integrated between links 8 and block 9s to ensure the winding process of wire 6."
