MUMBAI, India, Aug. 8 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441007272 A) filed by Jain, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 2, 2024, for 'automated pathway construction device.'

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated pathway construction device comprises of a cuboidal body 1 positioned on a ground surface, a motorized wheel 3 attached underneath body 1 on surface, an imaging unit 4 for generating a 3D mapping of surroundings, a display panel 5 for enabling a user to provide input, a first chamber 6 for storing a concrete mixture, an opening 7 enabling user to refill or withdraw mixture, a LiDAR for detecting presence of dust and debris on surface, a vacuum based cleaning unit 8 arranged on body 1 for cleaning detected dust/ debris from surface, an electronic valve 9 for dispensing mixture on surface, a robotic link 10 attached with a carving blade 11 for carving user specified design on dispensed mixture, a second chamber 12 for storing epoxy solution that is dispensed inside carved design via electronic valve 13 to finish designing of pathway for successfully constructing pathway."
