MUMBAI, India, Sept. 5 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202441012503 A) filed by JAIN, Bangalore, Karnataka, on Feb. 21, 2024, for 'automated mouse repairing device.'

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 5, under issue no. 36/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated mouse repairing device, comprising a cuboidal body 1 carved with an opening 2 for allowing user to insert mouse, an AI-based imaging unit 3 for capturing images of inner surroundings of the body 1, a pair of slidable clamps 4 for clamping the mouse, a multi-sectioned chamber 5 for storing different components, an inlet 6 for filling and withdrawal of the components, a pair of primary robotic links 7 for disassembling the mouse to expose a circuit board, a secondary robotic link 8 for removing the component from the board, a pair of robotic grippers 9 for replacing the faulty component with a fresh component, a secondary link for soldering a fresh component, a motorized two-axis sliding unit 10 to provide movement to the links, an air blower 11 for blowing air on the board and a touch display panel 12 to input details regarding type of mouse."
