MUMBAI, India, Sept. 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411018811 A) filed by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, on March 14, 2024, for 'automated milk churn manufacturing device.'

Inventor(s) include Ajay Kumar Upadhyay.

The application for the patent was published on Sept. 26, under issue no. 39/2025.

According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated milk churn manufacturing device comprises of a housing 1 installed with a touch interactive display panel 2 for providing input regarding dimensions of a milk churn that is to be manufactured, a storage chamber 3 for storing multiple metallic workpiece, a pair of robotic arm 4 to grip a workpiece from the chamber 3 and position the gripped workpiece on a platform 5, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 6 to determine dimensions of the accommodated workpiece on the platform 5, a hydraulically operated hammer 7 to get extended for providing thumping movement of the hammer 7 on the workpiece, an ultrasonic sensor for monitoring dimensions of the stretched workpiece, a motorized roller 8 assembled in the housing 1 to rotate the stretched workpiece and a die 11 by means of a horizontal link for positioning a portion of the structure."
