MUMBAI, India, Aug. 29 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411010380 A) filed by Chandigarh Group Of Colleges, Mohali, Punjab, on Feb. 14, 2024, for 'automated indicator flash relay testing and repairing device.'
Inventor(s) include Anmol Jain; Saumya Rajvanshi; and Dapinty Saini.
The application for the patent was published on Aug. 29, under issue no. 35/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated indicator flash relay testing and repairing device, comprises a platform 1 configured with multiple rods 2 that provides support to the platform 1 on a ground surface, a motorized wheel 3 is attached with each of the rods 2 for providing movement to the platform 1, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 4 mounted on the platform 1 for determining presence of a two-wheeler vehicle, a container 5 assembled on the platform 1 for storing new flasher relays, a touch interactive display panel 7 mapped on the platform 1 for user input, a first robotic link 8 configured with a motorized screw driver 9 attached with the platform 1 for unfastening screws, an optical sensor installed on the platform 1 for detecting illumination pattern and frequency of flickering of flashers, and a pair of robotic grippers 10 assembled on the platform 1 for replacing damaged relay."
