MUMBAI, India, Oct. 11 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202411020056 A) filed by Shobhit Institute Of Engineering & Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, on March 18, 2024, for 'automated impeller manufacturing device.'
Inventor(s) include Shoyab Hussain; Jayanta Kumar Mahato; Mridul; and Ajay Sharma.
The application for the patent was published on Oct. 10, under issue no. 41/2025.
According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "An automated impeller manufacturing device, comprising a housing 1 associated with the device configured with multiple motorized wheels 2 to maneuver the housing 1 over a ground surface, a telescopically operated rod 3 is installed in between each of the wheels 2 and housing 1 to extend for adjusting height of the housing 1, a motorized chuck 4 configured with multiple clamps 5 attached within the housing 1, a touch enabled screen 6 mounted over the housing 1 to allow the user to enter details regarding dimension of the impeller, a motorized barrel 7 carved with multiple slots 8 stored with different size of bits attached within the housing 1 via a motorized slider 9 and a motorized grove cutting hob 10 attached within the housing 1 in an inverted position via a motorized ball and socket joint."
